Delete Your Account

From the app (recommended)

Open the Artsplainer app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data from our servers.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@artsplainer.com from the email address linked to your account (if you linked one) and we will delete your data within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and credit balance
• Transaction history
• Email address (if linked)
• Group memberships
• Desktop pairing sessions
• Competition judge scores

Images submitted for analysis are never stored, so there are no images to delete.

What happens after deletion

Deletion is permanent. Any remaining credits are lost. If you open the app again, a new account will be created automatically.
